Every effort is made to ensure the safely of all your pottery items. In a very small number of cases items can be damaged during firing. Should this happen we will offer a refund or an opportunity to re-paint the items.
All pottery must be paid for in full when painted. Cash or cheque only please.
Pottery items take about 1 week to be glazed and fired. The pottery has to be in the kiln for 18 hours so at busy times this may take longer.
Pottery items need to be collected from paint and glaze following a private party or can be posted out at an additional cost, at an open event collection arrangements will be advised when painting.
Painted items will only be kept for 1 month after painting.
